The Jones Machine is a band based in Greenville, South Carolina. Founded by lead singer Josh Jones the band had a unique birth. Josh was a top 25 finisher in American Idol season 7. Early 2009, the local FOX News station formed an agreement to follow Josh as he created a new band. The unique additions started with a studio band and auditioned each instrument, starting with drums, until the band was complete.
Now the four member band is booking new dates, working on new songs and just cut four tracks in White Stone Studios. This site will help you follow their progress. Come back often as we update the site with new information to help you keep up with the Jones Machine.

Josh, this is Brian Dressler, your mom’s friend from her helping me with plants for my landscaping project. I am sorry I had to leave before your band finished at the Handlebar Friday night Sept. 25, but I just wanted to tell you that you guys rock and I love your sound! I really enjoyed it and I’m glad I got to meet you and your brother and sis. You are a sweet family and God has blessed you with each other and a great mom (didn’t get to meet dad, but trust he is awesome, too!) Take care man!
